1 Acceptance of Terms

2.4 Jurisdiction

You represent and warrant that your use of the platform does not violate any law or regulation in your jurisdiction. 222y999 makes no representations regarding the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction outside of those where it operates.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Accurate Information

When registering at 222y999 you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, phone number, and email address. Any material misrepresentation during registration gives 222y999 the right to close your account immediately and forfeit any pending withdrawals.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 222y999 will never contact you via email, SMS, or live chat to ask for your password. Any activity that occurs on your account using your credentials is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify us immediately via the support channels listed in Section 15.

3.3 Account Sharing

5 Bonuses and Promotions

Unless stated otherwise, only bets placed with your real-money balance contribute to meeting wagering requirements unless the specific promotion states otherwise.

5.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses that have not been used and wagering requirements that have not been completed within the stated validity period will expire automatically. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are forfeited. 222y999 will not reinstate expired bonuses.

5.5 VIP Cashback

6 Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Placement

All bets placed on 222y999 are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of every bet before you submit it, including the selection, the stake, and the market type. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after they have been accepted by the system, except in circumstances described in Section 6.3.

6.2 Odds and Market Changes

7 Casino and Crash Game Rules

7.2 Disconnection Policy

If you experience a disconnection during a casino game or crash game round, the game outcome will be determined by the server state at the time of disconnection. For crash games, if you have not cashed out before being disconnected, the round outcome applies as normal. 7.3 Malfunction

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 222y999 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action where applicable:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tool to place bets or interact with the platform without prior written consent from 222y999.
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform, including mispriced odds, and failing to report them to support immediately.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

222y999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete required verification, or at the request of a law enforcement authority. Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the player will be notified unless doing so would compromise the investigation.

9.2 Closure by the Player

Before closure, all pending bets will be settled according to their outcomes and any eligible remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method.
